Asking for everyone's understanding and patience as we navigate and familiarise ourselves with our upgraded system.

For everyone who have completed their declarations online - you are now asked to wait and get your passport scanned before proceeding to either the departure lounge if you are a departing passenger or the baggage collection area if you are arriving in Niue.

If you are departing and have completed your departure online - please go to the lane on the right. If you are arriving and you have completed your arrival online - the officer will direct you to the lane on the left when you come into the terminal.

There is no designated lane for locals or Niueans only as locals and regular visitors have the opportunity to complete their arrival declaration online. Just a reminder that you are still required to complete the physical card by writing your name and turn to the back to complete the Customs and Biosecurity sections.

We understand that there are some issues with the arrival declarations - if you are experiencing difficulties, please msg through and the staff will assist you.
